Had no idea what to expect from this at all, if I was expecting anything it certainly would never have been an invisible honking dinosaur. What a treat!
For a mid sixties film, it’s got a really strange fifties vibe to it for the most part. Absolutely nothing wrong with that either! It only really gives itself away with having groovier dance sequences rather than a teenage rock and roll band, beyond that and the presence of Ingrid Pitt, I’d have struggled to date it myself.
Considering the obvious low budget and completely preposterous set up, it did a pretty fine job of dragging me along with its silliness. Definitely one to watch again.
