Episode two is where we first get introduced to the ridiculous contrivances the series is going to need to gravitate the stories around King and so, in full start as you mean to go on territory, King is dragged into a government ploy to transport an agent out of Berlin - in a safe - by the government buying the film rights to one of King’s books where he details transporting an agent out of Berlin, in a safe. Obviously.
Fake film directors, exploding suitcases and King in a safe and that’s just the first fifteen minutes. It’s an absolute mess and I love it.
